Sometimes in life we find ourselves in situations, and experiencing feelings, which can seem impossible to move beyond. It is my belief that with the space and time to explore our depths, we can find our own way forward.
I offer the opportunity to enter into a confidential and supportive therapeutic relationship, giving you the safety to explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences and anything you may be struggling with.
If there is something you are struggling to deal with, therapy may help you to find clarity.

I have been engaged in my own therapeutic journey for over 15 years, and have run my private practice for eight. In that time, I have accumulaed thousands of hours worth of 1-2-1 experience with clients across all age ranges, from a range of different backgrounds, and with diverse and complex needs.
The services I currently offer include Indiviual Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Couples Counselling.
I work face-to-face from my office in Ipswich, and offer online/telephone sessions for those who are unable to attend in person.
Fees
Free initial telephone consultation, usually lasts around 10-20 minutes.
Individuals £60 per hour session.
Couples £90 per 90 minute session.
I also offer where appropriate some reduced cost sessions. Please contact me to discuss any issues you may have with the full fee.
